Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a paid role?
For Expert Sessions, travel expenses are always covered, additional compensation depends on the individual school's budget and is confirmed with you directly. The Growth Programme is typically a paid opportunity, again varying by school. Ambassadors is currently a voluntary role, with the value being experience, affiliation, and early access.
How much time does this involve?
Expert Sessions typically run one to two hours, in person or as a webinar. The Growth Programme is a more structured, ongoing commitment across the academic year. Ambassadors is flexible, generally a few hours a month, arranged entirely around your own availability.
Is there a minimum age to apply?
Yes, Ambassadors must be at least 16 years old to apply.
Where are Expert Sessions delivered?
Currently, sessions are delivered in schools across London.
Is there a deadline to apply?
No, applications are open on a rolling basis.
What expertise are you looking for?
Any expertise that fits within our three pillars, mindset and mental wellbeing, career development, or financial literacy. As long as your background sits within at least one of these, you're welcome to apply.
Do I need experience to apply as an Ambassador?
No, we're looking for people who care about the mission and want to help spread the word, not a specific background or experience level.
What happens after I apply?
