How long does a sponsorship typically last?
That depends on what you're backing, some sponsorships support a single cohort or event, others are ongoing partnerships. We'll shape it around what works for you.
Can we sponsor a specific event or programme rather than VestorGrow generally?
Yes. Sponsorship can be tied to something specific, a Growth Accelerator cohort, a Growth Pathway programme, or a flagship event like The Plug Summit, or structured as a broader, ongoing partnership.
Is there a minimum contribution to become a Sponsor?
There's no fixed minimum, sponsorship scales with what you're able to offer, from backing a single cohort to a flagship event like The Plug Summit. Get in touch and we'll talk through what fits.
What does a sponsor actually get in return?
Brand visibility across our programmes, events, and content, a CSR story with genuine, demonstrable impact behind it, and early access to the young talent coming through our programmes. What that looks like in practice depends on the scale of the partnership.
What expertise are you looking for?
Any expertise that fits within our three pillars, mindset and mental wellbeing, career development, or financial literacy. As long as your background sits within at least one of these, you're welcome to apply.
How is a donation different from sponsoring?
Sponsorship is a partnership, with visibility and brand involvement attached. A donation is a more direct way to fund our work, whether that's a financial contribution, in-kind resources, payroll giving, or matched funding, with no partnership commitment required.
How does hiring through VestorGrow work?
We don't run a formal recruitment pipeline. If you're looking for young people who've built the fundamental skills in mindset, career readiness, and financial literacy through our programmes, get in touch and we'll talk through what you're looking for.
What safeguarding is in place, given many of the young people you work with are under 18?
Safeguarding is built into everything we do with young people, including anyone under 18. If you're exploring a hiring or direct-engagement relationship, we'll walk you through what that looks like.
